Since the early 1990s, Mr Kurt Mauerhofer has been a senior manager of human factors training programmes for Switzerland’s National Airlines, their respective training centres and other companies and industries.

Mit ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung in der Aviatik kann sie das theoretische Wissen mit spannenden Beispielen und wichtigen Inputs aus der Praxis unterlegen und die Kurse so sehr kurzweilig und abwechslungsreich gestalten. Sie nimmt auf alle Teilnehmenden und deren individuelles Lerntempo Rücksicht, ohne dabei andere zu vernachlässigen.
